You can return any item purchased on thepartyeditionlondon.com within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Returns requested beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
The handling of returns and shipping costs (including any customs duties) are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, or having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

- Your order number and the email address associated with the order.
- Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
If your return request is accepted, we will send instructions with the return address, located in London, United Kingdom.
Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.
Shipping and return postage are to be organized by you. Please note the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us, we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Upon approval, return the item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval and ship the replacement. For a quicker exchange, place a new order for the desired item and we will issue a refund for the original order once the return is processed. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
