SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

  • Standard shipping packages typically do not incur import duties or additional fees.

  • However, express shipping services (including DHL, FedEx, or UPS) are more likely to incur customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees depending on the destination country.

Any customs or import charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

If customs fees or import duties are refused or unpaid, the package may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, The Party Edition London accepts no responsibility for replacement, refund, or re-shipment of the order.

 

LOST, STOLEN & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout and ensuring that the delivery location is secure.

Once the shipping carrier confirms that an order has been delivered, The Party Edition London is no longer responsible for the package. We have access only to the same tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking status shows “delivered,” we must consider the order successfully delivered and are unable to open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Looking in safe places around your property

  • Contacting your local post office or courier depot

In some cases, packages may be left in a secure location or held at a nearby collection point.

The Party Edition London is not responsible for unclaimed packages. If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is sent to a local pick-up point, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it within the carrier’s designated holding period. Unclaimed parcels are often destroyed by the carrier and are not returned to us.

 

 

FAILURE OF DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, the order will be held at a designated location, and you will receive a notice with instructions on where to collect it and how to arrange a redelivery. If delivery remains unsuccessful within 30 days, we will assume you wish to terminate the purchase. As a result, the order will be canceled, and all payments, excluding delivery fees, will be refunded within 14 days from the purchase termination date. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the purchase termination.

 

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
