SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all products within 2-3 working days from the order date;
Our shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges, and the customer will be held liable for any charges that may occur: failure to pay these fees may result in package abandonment, with no responsibility for replacement or re-shipment on our part.
LOST, STOLEN & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
All customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Party Edition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
Please note that we have access only to the same tracking information provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking status shows your order as “delivered,” we must assume it has been successfully delivered and cannot open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. In some cases, packages may be held at a nearby facility or delivered to a safe spot around your address.
Additionally, The Party Edition is not responsible for packages that go unclaimed. If delivery fails and your order is sent to a local pick-up point, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period. Unclaimed packages are often destroyed by the carrier and not returned to us.
