You can return any item purchased on thepartyeditionlondon.com within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Returns requested beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

For customers returning an item from within the United Kingdom, we will provide a prepaid return label once the return request has been approved. A return label fee of $7 USD will be deducted from the final refund amount.

For customers returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, the return shipping costs, arrangements, and any applicable customs duties remain entirely the customer’s responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, or having a strong smell of cigarettes, perfume, or other odours), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

• Your order number and the email address associated with the order.
• The item or items you would like to return.
• The reason for the return.

If your return request is accepted, we will send instructions with the return address, located in London, United Kingdom.

Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.

International customers must send their return using a secure and traceable courier service. We strongly recommend choosing a service that provides tracking and insurance.
Please note that the product remains your responsibility until it has been received and signed for by our returns team. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, delayed, or refused while in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt. Upon approval, return the item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval and ship the replacement. For a quicker exchange, place a new order for the desired item and we will issue a refund for the original order once the return is processed. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
